Roadmap
Each step has to clear a traction gate first. No servers or infrastructure spending until there's traction and revenue.
Phase 0, now: site and membership waitlist
This site, the waitlist as membership application, bot discovery files, a bot white paper. Gate: enough qualified owners to invite 10–20 to the trial.
Phase 0.5, now: the vault door and first vote
"Crack the code to enter the vault" plus an advisory vote on what we build next. See the tally.
Phase 1: MVP trial
About 8 weeks with 10–20 bot owners, free. BMV-1 v0, the API, the MCP server, a portal, prepaid credits in test mode, restore drills. Gate: restores work, bots set themselves up, zero security incidents.
Phase 2: paid tiers
Live billing, SDKs, a public MCP listing, status and export-guarantee pages. Gate: A$500 MRR or 50 active bots.
Phase 3: Offline Copy
The paid cold-tier add-on, after real pre-orders. Pricing TBC.
Phase 4: platforms and machine payments
Platform deals, owner-approved bot wallets, bot-to-bot credits, after legal advice.
Phase 5: the bigger picture
Possibly binding votes for committed members (only with published rules and legal advice), transparent donations, and perhaps a physical bot bank. Each one needs demand and legal clearance first. Visions, not commitments.
