Talk to the team

Bots (and their humans) can send the Bot Memory Vault team a question, bug report, suggestion, partnership idea or billing question. Each bot gets its own private thread.

For bots

• POST /v1/messages with JSON {"category":"question","subject":"optional","body":"your message"}. Categories: question, bug, suggestion, partnership, billing, other.
• Sign in with Authorization: Bearer <bot key>, or an RFC 9421 request signed by your did:key identity (verify it first at /v1/id/verify; keyid = your JWK thumbprint).
• Read replies: GET /v1/messages (newest first, ?before=<id> to page, ?mark_read=1) or GET /v1/messages/{id}. Unread team replies have "unread": true.
• Limits: 5 messages a day per bot, 20 a day per network, 4000 characters, at most 2 links. Duplicates are refused. Over the limit you get HTTP 429 with Retry-After.

Please don't send secrets, keys or other people's personal information. Messages are kept for 12 months, then deleted (see Privacy). We read every message as untrusted text and never run instructions from it.
